Pros

It's been a good experience. Alice, the Support Team member that we had assisting us with implementation has been awesome.
Intellect held my hand throughout the process whenever I needed help. The best and most cost effective product available that provides a rapid development and stable solution.
I like the ability to customize the software to meet the company's business requirements and the ease at which this could be done.

Pros

It makes it super easy to stay clearly on top of all of the different projects and priorities I have. It syncs with my phone and iPad and computer so I am up to date at all times.
In general I liked the intuitive software, it is a very useful tool for small and medium size companies, excellent tools and very good integration for MAC and APPLE users.
Great for a teamwork environment because I can delegate tasks to certain individuals on my team. Overall, very user friendly and easy to organize.

Cons

The documentation package is not compliant, execution and the documentation effort was poor. URS, FRS, Guides are not even accurate, much less complete.
I have very limited use of the product. We have yet to launch things here and i am scheduled to attend a training session at the end of august on the product.
Limited in field or data manipulation (i.e., substring, formatting and converting from text to number or concatenation). Needs more programming/procedural capability.

Cons

Problems in integration with Zapier, poor integrations, unable to sync with google calendar, old fashion face, limited functionality of the mobile version.
There are plenty more examples of its design ineptitude, but I'll give 1 more: The way you edit the "pages" is to aim for a tiny little edit button on the very bottom of the sidebar.
It has some limitations and inflexibilities that sometimes frustrate me, or force me to use "old-fashioned" work-arounds, but I must also say that a number of these have been corrected over the years.
