Pros

Our experience with implementation has been great. We have a support team ready to help us when we need it and they provide great industry standard support.
Very powerful platform, easy to change the OOTB and build new apps, great customer service and great and resourceful online Intellect University.
Intellect is very helpful, their staff is very friendly, accessible, and willing to help.

Pros

The good overview, the easy access and very good help and quick responses from the developers for requests of new functions.
Pleasant intuitive UI, intelligent UX design. Responsive support team, lets me keep all team communication in one place for my sanity aaa.
Me and my collegues arent pleased with Soon. Soon gives us more questions then help.

Cons

Unfortunately we lost our lead support for the software and no it falls on me to continue which I have yet to do. I do not know where to start.
Customer service is poor to follow up on reported issues in Support Tickets.
Limited in field or data manipulation (i.e., substring, formatting and converting from text to number or concatenation). Needs more programming/procedural capability.

Cons

Sometimes there is an error, probably something with cookies so when you delete them it is fixed.
As a user, it is frustrating to not have visibility on other users' schedules. This may be an option open to administrators--I don't know).
Absolutely none, if there's something you don't like they will adjust Soon to your preferences.
