Pros

Pros

Employees/Visitors are always amazed with the system and I have only heard positive feedback. Most popular is “That was easy, We need this at our company.
We appreciate the ability to have a backlog of our visitors that can be filtered and meets compliance standards. We also appreciate the ability to have visitor photos on file.
I love how customizable it is and the ease of using the product. It is very user friendly.

Cons

Cons

It wouldn't have caused nearly as much trouble if we were just able to restart the machine without having to go through a huge chaotic mess trying to get a replacement screwdriver.
Setting up the address book, which would be a pain to do with ANY software. If that's this software's worst problem then it clearly has a lot going for it.
We also had a few customizations which were buggy at first. After several rounds of back and forth, things were sorted out but it was frustrating for the start of implementation.
