Overall my experience has been great, customer service is so quick to respond.
I enjoy the ability to customize areas that are useful to our facilities.
It would be great if it had the ability to integrate with our system to keep up with all the new employee onboarding.

Resolver is a comprehensive tool. With correct user guide and reference material, it would be even more helpful.
Resolver has detailed frameworks and also facilitates updation. I think these are great features.
Its inability to allow downloading of frameworks and relevant report. Also it would be very helpful if the software allowed uploading of documents for integrating internal compliance program with the frameworks and workflows on the platform. Also frequent trainings and refresher could also help in using the platform optimally.

there i have find multiple user friendly options and easy to access the and accurate results in the reports.
there we have few options that are not must elaborated so we need to focus on those ones other than that all look normal.

I have a positive experience with this software. It is a great tool to identify risk and provide action to mitigate that risk. It provides conclusive and accurate risk assessment of our critical building assets in healthcare.
the software is a great tool to identify risk and develop risk reduction strategy for our hospital facilities managers. The reporting is easy and if we want a feature changed the technical support is helpful and understanding to our needs. The heat map is also a useful tool for providing managers an idea of current risk levels and post mitigation risk levels. The software is also useful for sharing new strategies with other site managers that may have a similar risk on a critical asset and the workshops help share this experience with all users.
Sometimes I do have a hard time navigating the software and it's not as intuitive but I am also new to this and feel more comfortable hosting risk management workshops

Resolver is used on a daily basis for our company. It has easy to use and understand menus that make dispatching and tracking all calls a breeze.
The only complaint I have is that sometimes the program runs slowly.

I greatly enjoy working in the system, the Resolver team in fantastic and very responsive. Any issues that may come up (rare though they are) are handled quickly.
I love the scalability of the platform, we are currently using builds in 4 different orgs with plans to add more in the future.
There are a few features that are not currently present that I thought would have been standard or considered a basic necessity.

It serves our purpose, but I do wish it worked to the full capacity in what we hoped.
We were able to design what we wanted and needed it to be.
Functions do not work in the way it was described, and the support that I expected is not something that has continued.

Overall we are pleased with product, no issues on our end.
I like the CAD and Incident Reporting features of Resolver. In addition, it easy to use and train personnel software. Customer support is excellent. Very happy with product.
To print sizing issues. Word overlap if computer screen is not set properly. Only way to resolve this issue is to change screen settings on computer. Does not make sense as many programs adjust proper print screen sizing automatically.

able to create multiple sites, and buildings download the content in excel format for further analysis
User interface has room for improvement 1) after updating the risk content, the software will automatics refresh and will have to go through the list to find the risk I was updating. 2) while updating the date (last review date/estimated completion date), there seem to be a glitch as I have to update it number of times in order to get the date I want

Customer services is like no other. When a ticket is submitted it is promptly followed up with and there has never been a time when I haven't been helped.
More opportunities to link together with alike institutions to see what is working for them and exchange solutions.
