Pros

Incredible friendly non-pressured experience. They want to help you in and offer a tremendous solution, but they let you decide if it is a good fit.
I would highly recommend investing in this tool as it will not only provide you with some peace of mind but also highlight areas for improvement.
Using within my team to improve the operation has been fantastic. Quick and easy to setup or utilise an existing template which can be adapted to suit your needs.

Pros

Frontify is a great tool to visualize and explain our design system in one place – we are very happy with it.
I like the fact that the tool is pretty intuitive in use and that we were able to digitalise our brand assets as well as our brand communication.
We wanted a portal that looks and feels good so as to encourage people to revisit the site for referencing any information they made need. Ultimately, to make our company brand scalable.

Cons

In the beginning it could confuse you finding the right template to begin doing the audits.
In fact, the lack of persistent variables is one of the primary reasons why my motorhome template is more than 7,000 items long.
I needed to move from a hard copy Site Audit Check Sheet to an electronic version that I could report on.

Cons

They had tried other software before, but I found that quite restricting, so I started looking into other software and apps as well. But nothing had the combination of all those things together.
Search functionality is a little clunky, as it returns all of the text around the search term. Not aware of many new features recently so unsure if there is a roadmap for this.
The most difficult point was the preparation of a legally compliant processing contract under Article 28 of the basic data protection regulation.
