Pros

Very happy with the improved workflow, and so many features available As well.
Very good implementation team. Deep and comprehensive analysis of customer needs Realistic commitments.
The help pages are extremely useful but we have developed custom user guides to show the system with our own data in it.

Pros

It has good functionality and the ease of use from desktop/laptop and mobile is excellent.
My overall experience has been very good. We recently had an upgrade which did cause a few problems at the beginning but the support we received was brilliant.
What I do like about this software is the ability to make notes about what each work segment was about and describe what went on in the day to your employer.

Cons

Since it all links together, not only do you save time, but you end up saving money and avoiding costly errors.
The mobile apps lag slightly behind in their development so I would advise a full test cycle.

Cons

Over the years I have accumulated many project numbers and when adding new and working on more recent project numbers I have to always scroll down the page to the bottom which is a pain.
Lack of invoicing capabilities , weird and old mobile app.
Confused I dont use Timesheet for Engineers unless that is another name for Dovico.
