Pros

Very happy with the improved workflow, and so many features available As well.
Very good implementation team. Deep and comprehensive analysis of customer needs Realistic commitments.
The help pages are extremely useful but we have developed custom user guides to show the system with our own data in it.

Pros

Slack is amazing to connect with co-workers on various topics, meetings, discussions. It has amazing interface where we can join various channels.
The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit.
Love it, is super easy to use, they always bringing updates, I will definitely recommend it.

Cons

Since it all links together, not only do you save time, but you end up saving money and avoiding costly errors.
The mobile apps lag slightly behind in their development so I would advise a full test cycle.

Cons

As of today, the only downside that I've been experiencing is missing notifications. Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages.
It feels disorganized, repetitive, and obsolete. I do not think that this is going to be something we use in the longterm.
Slack is a tool, and if a company fails to identify the ground rules, it can be useless. The organizations that dislike using slack often have not defined rules around using it.
