Pros

Very happy with the improved workflow, and so many features available As well.
Very good implementation team. Deep and comprehensive analysis of customer needs Realistic commitments.
The help pages are extremely useful but we have developed custom user guides to show the system with our own data in it.

Pros

We like how it integrates well with our project management software. It also has great analytical reports that in turn help us better our business practices.
I like its ease of use the most. It not only helps us in measuring time but also helps us in improving time.
It's availability across different patforms (Win, Mac, iOs and Android) is also great plus for me. Its offers powerful features on very good price ( i have to admit it).

Cons

Since it all links together, not only do you save time, but you end up saving money and avoiding costly errors.
The mobile apps lag slightly behind in their development so I would advise a full test cycle.

Cons

I hate tracking time but for the invoices I must.
It has made keeping time for projects very simple. One less thing to worry about.
On Trello I sometimes click stop and think it stopped but then it did not. Like all softwares there's a part of it that doesn't always function because of a weird blip.
