Pros

Nice to know we are working with a company that is ahead of where we are.
Being in the automotive industry this is a great plus. You can find several options to suit all your needs.
Very easy to use and a lot of functionality to customise the product. Friendly support team when needed and always get the job done.

Pros

Invoice and estimate tracking is nice and a good way to keep track of people receiving and opening those items. I like the ability to attach photos through the system for use in the quotes.
The Better Software does a very good job of receiving feedback from their users and uses that feedback to help implement future projects and directions with the software.
I would recommend Better Software to anyone. Also the customer service chat is great, everyone is quick and extremely helpful and amazing customer service representatives.

Cons

It's bothersome to open it sometime since you cannot pin it to task bar.
Understanding it’s basics is key to avoid its complexity.
Difficult to isolate/trace bugs. Upgrade process is not well documented and does not often go smoothly.

Cons

At one point we had to reinput ALL of our inventory numbers for two locations because they had messed it up so badly it was better to just start from scratch.
They do not tie together and this can be very confusing from a tech point of view.
In the end, they basically admitted they were moving in a different direction that what they had sold us on and told us they would no longer be able to meet our needs.
