Pros and cons

I love how user friendly in2 application is. I use it as a client and business owner. It makes my life super easy and helps me organise my day.
I liked that they took feedback seriously and always applied them into their system. I used to love their customer service and that’s why I recommended SheFit [sensitive content hidden] to join.
The product is user friendly, has a multitude of features that can make booking and organizing classes easy and seamless. Truly a lifesaver for gyms, and fitness instructors.
The payment and billing section can be confusing at times.
Few features are still missing that are specific to gym management.
There's no in-app messaging feature. The trainer could not message class members via the mobile app directly.

I wish i can make the best of in2 , a little help with troubles we are having will solve the problem

Pros

Being online helps me run my business when im away, when data is entered correctly the reports are amazing

Cons

Asking for help is difficult especially when we require field visits to help us with training and launching , although im willing to pay for the support trip its not available.

My experience with IN2 vx MindBody

It used to be better but it’s average now.

Pros

I liked that they took feedback seriously and always applied them into their system. I used to love their customer service and that’s why I recommended SheFit [sensitive content hidden] to join.

Cons

Customer service is weak. When I first started it was the best quality and the reason I left MindBody. But now I am really disappointed with the customer-service. At the days of Aboud, it was excellent. Another thing I don’t like is that students can’t rate their experience with class and write a review which was one of the main driving factors to fill my classes when using MindBody.

Easy back end to manage appointment setting linked with membership

We switch platform to manage the client membership and appointment services which is done manually because of the specificity of the business and we do not regret it! Most tasks are done in half the time we used to.Whenever we have a question , the team is responsive and helpful.

Pros

I was easily able to subscribe to workout classes from the mobile app fora whole month. The trainer [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was reactive to send all necessary information prior to the start of the class.

Cons

There's no in-app messaging feature. The trainer could not message class members via the mobile app directly. He had to contact the subscribers on a separate platform to send the online meeting link and other relevamt info.

I have used IN2 to run my business from A to Z and it gave me more clarity on the financial aspect of the business and kept me on track with all my clients. Customer support is excellent and always there to help. The price of the service is fair. Overall super happy with the service.

Pros

In2 helps us structure our membership process. We are now able to have everything centralized in one place with a very user-friendly interface. the team is very supportive and always has a solution to the challenge we are facing.

Cons

Some features are still not available, however, when pointed out to the support team, they work on its development to improve the user's experience.

Best Sports Management Software

Till now our experience with In2 has been flawless! they trained all our staff in person and stayed in contact with us until we were fully functional and running, and are always available to support in case we need anything. As promised some new and exciting features are coming up; can't wait.

Pros

That its customizable according to my needs and club operation, the interface is very user friendly , and it gave us a very big organizational push by helping us manage our club in an easier and more clearer way, providing me as Management with easy access spontaneous reports to be able to evaluate everything on spot, while giving access; to all our clients/players through there app, to there accounts, sessions and attendance. And helping the coaches on the ground with the day to day attendance and follow ups.

Cons

For the moment everything is great. Features are constantly being updated or new ones added on the system and on the app.
