Different packages are available for a range of business sizes and functions, with a particular focus on security and facility management companies, and retail businesses.

With, users can report incidents from anywhere, on any internet-enabled device, through field-tested multiple choice forms. Pictures and files can be added to any incidents or notices to illustrate the issue, and provide more information for management. Emails are automatically sent out to notify specific users of new incident reports, based on the site involved or the incident type. Multiple different sites and locations can be added, and multiple user account types can be managed, with different access and editing permissions.

Incident categories and subcategories can be customized in, and are presented as the first question on the incident report form. When analysis is carried out, users can specify the categories to be visualized, and filter the data to identify trends, compare sites, and recognize deviations requiring action. Additional quantifiable variables and custom fields can also be added into incident report forms, enabling users to collect data on third party involvement in incidents, missed working hours, realized expenses, cost estimates, and more.

For incident reporting, this software is simply the best there is. It is by far the fastest and easiest to use compared to competitors' softwares. Pricing is very adaptable and suites small and big companies. All functions are top quality and software is developed constantly and customer's voice is heard.
