Pros

Good for record keeping and evidencing to CQC how we keep our clients and staff safe.
Improving safety, not only reactional but also proactively.
Excellent experience, from product design through to ongoing support.

Cons

We have two branches; the permissions and initial set up can be a little confusing and could give rise to data protection breaches if we don't get it right.
We are using this software to collect reclamation and error data from our processes.
For example risk analysis, incident investigation and audits should be able to make using the same software and not several. Thus the three stars in "features and functionality.
