Some features you have to look for but it overall is a nice program. Also would be nice to have the option to add more than one store to it. We have a retail and wholesale. We keep them separate.
Not hard to use
Can only have one store at a time

I searched for a long time trying to find an inventory software that would work well for my small business, without breaking the bank. I was used to using a much more complicated retail software (and by complicated I mostly mean difficult and convoluted), and found this to have most of the same functionality in a much simpler package. So bravo!

After weeks of researching over 25 options inventory software I decided to buy InFlow. I am convinced this is be the best option for a small to medium sized business. I specifically like the easiness of use from the purchasing to the sales phase. The invoices and reports that it generates are and very professional looking. It is very convenient that you can print, save, and email both invoices and reports and that the reports can be customized. I am in the retail business and love the fact that I can have 3 different pricing schemes and that I can use multiple currencies.

At first I had a bit of trouble wrapping my head around how to use inFlow but that's my personal lack of database experience. Now that I have a better comprehension of databases in general, I'm really glad I went with this software. I did a trial for another POS system built specifically for my type of business and found it too confusing and counterintuitive. InFlow does flow much better (no pun intended)....

Seems like excellent, but not having rights to edit user access is a major concern, with the regular license. At lease s/w must have to have pre define few user roles with different access rights.
User Interface features light weight s/w

Now, we beginning to tuck away the method how we process documents in the past. It helps make reports easier and accessible.
Allow most customization. Don't require much training to use it.
Not comprehensive enough. Room for improvements and upgrade.

Very early days at the moment but for pure tractability of products its a winner.
Ease of use. Only able to purchase the on-premise version at the moment but it was really easy to install and setting our main pc as a server allowing all other pc's in the building read only access .
Nothing so far. Discounts for more licenses would be appreciated.

We serve customers quickly as the software is so user friendly, we maintain accurate and up to date orders on our system which makes day to day running of our staff shop a breeze!
it's very easy to use, one of our users has autism spectrum disorder and computers are sometimes hard to work with, inFlow is easy and uncomplicated enough for her to feel confident in serving customers. It's had a really positive impact on our environment.
Nothing at the moment! It works well for our business needs.

good for start-up ERP implementation especially for small to medium companies.
ease of editing fields by myself without referring to an agent same as most of the others ERP do. The possibility of exporting a report to EXCEL and from there I can get any result I need; of course, you have to be skilled in EXCEL.
not possible to export invoices to EXCELinstead of WORD. Not possible to have invoicing tab segregated from packing list. I have to do it out the record in WORD.

Ease of use. Customer/Tech support is great. People are friendly and helpful. One of the few businesses that I do not dread having to call.

No need to run excel filters, pivots. Customizable reports. Well thought out dash board Well thought out business gauges Re-Order Business reporting with visuals and various slicers Data integrity, bulk import and export Very stable and robust application
Quick search for populating could do with improvement when filling sales orders for stores carrying more than 100 items Inventory movement could benefit with SO or PO replaced by Customer or vendor ( Yes reports can achieve that

Overall, don't color me impressed. It has a pretty interface and great functionality in theory. However the design elements are no better than that of an average student at a community college. It crashes and the server stability will leave you waiting to perform inventory.
In theory this works great. Limited to growth with a company with no API support. Which is unfortunate that they chose this route considering their pricing is on tier with medium size businesses in mind.
If the servers are down so frequently, the app will automatically opt for you to uninstall if it wasn't able to grab update information. You will also not be able to actively get to your inventory. If users are paying for a cloud service... you might want to get some server stability first. Yes... it's all secure, however this is risk management that should be addressed prior to charging for a product. My investors would have my head if I attempted to charge for such a beast.

I have had nothing but great experiences with using inflow as well as using the live chat on inflow. I highly recommend it. The price is excellent for the capabilities it contains.
I love the simplicity of this program. I have over 1000 items in my warehouse we distribute to 32 stores. It makes the entire purchasing and invoicing system extremely easy for myself and my customers. The inflow showroom is amazing. The customers can actually see what they are purchasing.
I feel like the bar coding system is a little too complicated for my needs.

Have been an inFlow customer for many years and will continue to be for many more.
Easy to use and setup, pricing plans for every budget. Customer support is quick to respond and really helpful. Has a lot of features and their development team is always looking to add more.
They really need a built in feature for lot/batch number tracking. There are several work around solutions (that do actually work) but it would be nice to have this be a standard feature.

InFlow has a support team that responds with phone callbacks pretty quickly. We use a more complicated ERP for another secion of the business, but did not have the option for Spanish with that ERP system. For an entry level ERP, this is a good value for the money. I can recommend it.
It is very intuitive, and easy to use. The interface is relatively clean, and pleasing.
We are using the Spanish language feature (which was a primary reason for deciding to use InFlow) for one location, and the English for another. That works out pretty well, but InFlow has apparently decided to not focus on rounding out the Spanish part of it. There are a few places where, instead of Spanish, there is an English word. It is still definitely usable as it is, but it would be great for inflow to put another 25 hours into is to make the Spanish part COMPLETELY Spanish. Regardless, I can say that that should not stop you from using it. The English version of it is absolutely perfect, so if you don't anticipate using other than the English functionality, you will never know it. Even if you do use the Spanish version, you will still be able to operate just fine.

I mostly like the system and the ease of it but if they can't fix my inventory problem I will be forced to switch systems.
It was easy to set up and my account rep was extremely helpful
My inventory numbers are always wrong. I have contacted Square twice so far and I don't know if they can figure out the problem. They never call me back. Items transferred from one store to the other don't always show up in inventory. We constantly count and fix the inventory numbers in the system and within days they're wrong again.

This helps to keep track of what I am selling at events. Before I used square, I would hand write my inventory and keep tally marks under what was sold. This also allows me to used credit card.
I use it mostly for events. I like that it keeps track of the inventory so I can easily keep track of what to remove my my retail store inventory.
Since I use it for events that happen annually, I wish there was a way to group my inventory for each event so that only the items that I am taking to that event shows up. I have to add and delete items each time I do a new event which is time consuming.

The new inventory management could have been a great feature. However, it eliminates the ability to enter inventory manually. It has the ability to process returns, however eliminates the ability to use other functions available in the free version.
The retail version has less features than the free version. Inventory can only be uploaded and can not be entered manually. The upload feature does include field matching, so it is a very, very laborious to convert from another system. Customer service is virtually non existent and not available on the weekends. We use have two square stands in our retail store. We love the current square system and were excited about the retail version and willing to pay the fee for both registers. We are looking for a more robust inventory system and POS and were excited about continuing with square. The new Square App does not come close to other POS systems . Very disappointing. I hope square improves this software before we select an alternative.

I love the integration with Big Commerce so I can easily sell online and in store with inventory syncs immediately. We do a lot of volume so the immediate inventory sync is very important to us or we would oversell items.
The retail app needs some work but I understand they need more time to update the software. Once the bugs get worked out, I would love to have a complete retail POS solution. In my mind it would include, physical inventory counts using scanners for tons of inventory -preferable to have multiple people doing different parts of the store at the same time. Included in retail should be a report for the inventory status/financial which would include total count, total cost, and total retail price of the entire store/warehouse. Also, a better integration for Quickbooks online. I'm scared to add this integration because it gets horrible reviews.

VERY EASY TO USE, ALWAYS 100% ACCURATE.... WE LIKE THAT WE CAN TRACK ALL OF OUR LARGE INVENTORY AT A GLANCE AND A PUSH OF A BUTTON. WE ARE ABLE TO HAVE OUR INVENTORY DONE CORRECTLY BECAUSE OF SQUARE.
SOMETIMES IT FREEZES WHEN WE DO NOT WANT IT TO. WE HAVE TO REBOOT AND THE SYSTEM IS FINE. THIS HAS ONLY OCCURED A COUPLE OF TIMES AND HAS NOT OCCURED ANY MORE

- Streamlined use - Lower level product variation searches
- Inventory accounting - lower level search function - streamlined look - ease of use at POS - clear screens
- Problems with the system tracking inventory properly - Looses saved items entered - Doesn't tell you if you have duplicate skew - Should not have to press CHARGE on the screen prior to inserting credit card - No ability to save tickets (If this is not fixed soon we will have to drop this version of software because we can't use this at the holidays) - Need images for each item on POS - Assigns random skews to items with large amounts of variations (happens when we do a bulk download)

Square has been a breeze to use--from easy set-up to easy inventory receiving
I like how easy and intuitive Square is to use! Our employees were easily trained to use it.
