Great SAAS accounting solution for an ACEC firm

Vision is an amazing tool that allows end users the ability to configure and customize the program to their needs.  There are some limitations with what the SAAS / Cloud Option can do and definite delays with needing things done with when working with the Cloud Ops Team, however normal Customer Support is amazing.  Definitely spend the money in consulting and developing the program prior to deployment, will save the organization money in the long run and make end users happy.

The software is very complete, and aimed to project based enterprises.  The interface is outdated, but offers a wealth of options and customizations.  Support is available, but at a cost.  Overall a very complete ERP:  encompasses CRM, proposals, resource management, project management, time and expenses, billing, project accounting and reporting and dashboards.

Deltek Vision - Powerful but not for the faint of hearth

This is a very robust ERP platform for the Construction and engineering space. Excellent ecosystem to support the implementation. The price point is higher compared to other ERP's. You get what you pay for in terms of functionality and integration of modules. There are multiple modules on GL, AP, HR, PM, CPM, T&E which can bet acquired as needed.

Deltek Vision ERP Review

Overall as compared to the other 5 ERP systems I have used over the years I have to say Vision is one of the best out there, especially for project oriented tracking.  Deltek is also a company looking for improvement and advancement within their programs.  The new generation they are working on to Vision takes the program to a very modern and more robust place.  Great things are coming!

Could build an aircraft carrier with this software or use it to run a small destroyer, depending on your needs.
