overall it is a nice software , if they can work on improving the speed of the system while handling large data it will be great i understand it is not that easy to do this when you're dealing with a list of 10k customers with multiple fields and properties the system tends to slow down but with everything getting advanced and Intact being a huge company i guest they can afford to do this by deploying more resources.
Nice Erp system, you have separate screens in one tool, for order, quotes and contacts and information is easy to understand in these.
one of the things is when you are dealing with large data it gets very slow. Also filtering options is not very good in the screens inside the erp, i have to export data to check some information I am looking for sometimes.

Not good. Very unhappy with their implementation team. I don't think they knew what they were doing.
The sales pitch was the best thing about Intact IQ. Everything went downhill after we decided to go ahead with it.
It is impossible to generate reports like the ones they show in the demo. They told us to do the training, which we did but when we wanted to add a time scale to a report they could not tell us how to do it. We are supposed to know how to do something that they do not know how to do??
