IAE is a very powerful software that covers all our needs and the client service is very responsive.

It costs every penny and you can use it for years for you can customize every bit in it.

Pros

It is very easy to start using it right out of the box, but the most useful is that we can customize every bit of it for our needs - from logo to the functionality.

Cons

We'd like now to see a non .Net version. They promise the PHP version is coming soon. Also, we'd like to have some tool to customize faster some of the forms.
