Pros

Ease of use, the ability to share and teach new business needs to all divisions. Good experience and easy to share.
Intelex has excellent customer service and will help your through all your learning needs.
We have a really good system, easy to use and with good user adoption.

Pros

Cons

We were struggling with inaccurate data, reactive processes that were time consuming and a lack of traceability and consistency.
The number of clicks and saves it requires to complete each section is a source of frustration for all users.
It took sometime to get a hang of this product. Besides that, I believe the only negative part about this software is the price.
