What is iView WMS?

iView is a warehouse management solution which assists 3PL providers with inventory control and bill of lading creation. Its key features include access control, a customer portal, custom scan application, a barcode system, proof of delivery generation, and document management.

The application comes with a portal which allows users to share account-specific information such as product and order details with customers. With the inventory control feature, users can track stock, supplier information, restock lead times and monitor sales velocity. Its barcode scanning tool records item receipts and shipments, tracks lot numbers and sorts items, for full inventory management.

We have solved our inventory accuracy, the ability to allow all departments to check inventory accuracy without asking someone to print out a spreadsheet or update a spreadsheet. The ability to provide our customers inventory numbers and hold information has impressed our customers. IVIEW WMS support team has been great to work with, there has not been a situation where they did not return my phone calls or answer my emails. Their ability to turn around problems has been superb. We have asked for multiple changes and if the the changes were doable the changes were were made within 48 hours, tested, and made available for us to use.

Pros
The ability to track inbound and outbound real time production throughout the day by selecting these two options off the DASHBOARD is great for managing a facility. The grade summary report quickly provides you solid information on all your product based on grade or product type. If you like making power point presentations, the charts that are displayed of the DASHBOARD are excellent. The ability to have multiple customers on IVEW WMS allows you to receive product from the inbound function and get away from creating time consuming excel spread sheets to track your inventory. The inbound function allows you to setup each customer and receive the information based off each customer grades or product code.

Cons
Not having the ability to see notes on all of the inventory reports.

Great program and easy to use. Customer service is great too. If there is a problem, it is addressed and fixed quickly.

Pros
The ease of use of this program is the biggest pro. It has all the features we need to keep track of products coming in and going out of our warehouse.

Cons
When there is a software update many of the features stop working.
