Pros

It was nice experience while implementing ERPnext in our organization. After evaluating all, ERPNext is user friendly software and i recommended to small organization.
ERPNext has a good layout of there modules. ERPNext is easy to use when you know what is where, but overall i love the sofware.
Ease of use, Simple Interface, Customizable, Awesome Community, APIs available. Overall this is best value for money for sure.

Pros

It is an excellent system supported by very talented and customer focused staff.
The support has been great, and has really improved since we moved to the new web version. They are willing to assist on any issues and really take our suggestions into consideration.
The better you understand your requirements the better the decision will be made.

Cons

But having all the ERP world suck at UX does not mean that this is an unsolvable problem. Also the documentation of ERPNext is not job or use case driven and very technical at times.
The platform out of the box is very inflexible and at the time of testing many touted features simply were not present or did not behave as advertised.
The upgrades are a bit difficult for someone who is non technical. New feature requests usually are addressed but needs external funding/support as it is open system and developed by the community.

Cons

TAB page of POs if you hit the tab or wrong button, instead of the ENTER key, after you have typed in formation, you loose what you have typed, and have to start over.
In my opinion, the user interface seems a bit dated and it's not very fluid/user-friendly. It can be confusing at times navigating throughout the software.
I find that new hires that are not computer savvy have a problem in the beginning understanding the hierarchy. The system is quit simple if you try not to overthink it.
