Janis in department stores

Reviewed 2 years ago

The omnichannel handling of the management and preparation of orders, Janis has the characteristics of a Tier 1 solution in much more accessible conditions in prices and configurations. The manufacturer of Janis has a competent team that accompanies the evolution of the processes in our company and He is always attentive to meet our needs.

Pros

The constant evolution in key modules such as DOM, Order preparation and dispatch have allowed us to innovate in an agile and timely manner, it is easy to deploy in each of our different operations, robust in its service layer for interconnection with our software ecosystem.

Cons

Component performance with high data volumes and stabilization in our implementation.

Implementation experience Walmart eComm Operations

Reviewed 2 years ago

An extremely satisfactory experience. In the Walmart Argentina operation, picking times were reduced to 50%, billing times were eliminated due to the integration with the POS, and service times were improved by an average of 3 minutes per order, due to traceability of the request provided by the OMS

Pros

The OMS and the picking tool is very robust and flexible, adapting to different types of operations (and even different moments of the operation). Implementation times are low, 4 to 6 months, with facilities for integration with legacy systems.

Cons

The approach in terms of support plans is the only point of improvement, it is key that the retailer has dimensioned what type of support it will require, since there are different plans with different rates and SLAs.
