Pros

It makes clients feel you care about them and that you are on top of things. Jetpack helps me do that.
Jetpack allows us to keep on top of all our deadlines. The software is easy to use, easy to set up and customer service is top of the line.
Jetpack allows us to get our time and billable hours invoices properly set up and organized so we can save money and time, while improving customer interactions.

Pros

Great people and easy to work with. AMT has been a great partner in helping us implement.
My overall experience with AMT is positive. I have a long history as a user and have built good relationships with some of their team members.
Ease of use and that it is cloud based and we could share it with clients-also loved the AMT team that helped us.

Cons

I alwaysregret later when I procrastinate and DON"T use it to track a job. Every time I think I don't need to record something, it causes me grief.
The staff though, have helped me with a work around and same with other problems I've encounter.
The filtering and column sorting system in the Jobs tab is awkward, there is a limit on the number of Labels allowed, would prefer more granularity in email notification options.

Cons

These comments may be biased because we have only the most basic package.
I felt that a year ago, AMTDirect was missing quite a few features that we were sold on.
I have been creating manual entries (which are guesstimates, since there's no FASB schedule either) for the last 2 months, with no end in sight.
