Pros

It is very very nice to feel like I have a team (Jobber's support) to help us if we have any issues. It's like a free insurance policy.
Amazing, easy to use, friendly support team & great features which are improving all the time.
Awesome awesome customer service I highly recommended this software for service-based business.

Pros

From day one Big Change have been great to work with over the years, I would describe it as a partnership they really want you to succeed in business with them driving the software side of it.
The ability to produce league tables of driver behaviour has also had a great impact on the behaviour of our engineers, and our fleet insurers like this too.
The best thing about the system is it being so easy to use and all of the automatic customer updates are the a fantastic addition.

Cons

Somehow their least cost as advertised came up to $100/month. When after trying the service and being disappointed they said, "Too bad.
The techs in the field have some problems navigating through the software. Putting a message in the client notes can be a pain.
This is when a last minute job or emergency call comes in after the days schedule has been made. If the team member does not look at calendar they will miss the added job.

Cons

Shame it doesn't pull all the information through shame there's not enough implementation time given. Shame about the lack of after care and support.
We aren't at all satisfied with the product and BigChange have lost interest in the issues that we are having so we are stuck with it for the 5 year contract.
Not very flexible in some areas, such as modifying screen reports (only one custom field available) and manipulating crystal reports. Also no integrated accounting package.
