For the majoriuty of the time the system is great.   When things do go wrong it is difficult to reach out as we are some 6 hours ahead in the UK and we have to wait until the following day.

We use the auto invoicing for some clients which makes billing a breeze, though the invoicing process for others who don’t wish to store a card on file is also super easy and allows us to create personable emails to go along with each invoice.

I really like Jobber’s new feature that shows the status of a payment and lets me see exactly when it will be deposited into our bank account.
