I was on a trial period to use that ended. They asked if I wanted an extension and I said yes. Never heard back. Contacted them stating I would like to try a little longer to test the rest of the features and Kim told me I would have to wait until that Tuesday before she will call me.
Looks good what I tried out.
Customer service is very poor. Dodged that bullet.

nothing is good about jobber from the crashing software to their smug customer service, I'm not a fan, am very disappointed

it was hard to not have the support needed to move from another platform. Im thinking of moving back

I have used Jobber for the last 7 months, the best thing Jobber does for me is save time. Jobber is an awesome tool for scheduling, invoicing and record keeping, and can be accessed from virtually anywhere! I can process invoices and record payments in just a few hours instead of a few days! The Jobber team provides amazing customer service, and the software is improving all the time. After a 3 year long search I am very happy to have found such a quality package, do yourself a favor and try it out.

I have had the WORST experience with customer service. They have held up over $30K in invoices for over 9+ business days. I have been on the phone with customer service daily for 2+ hours with NO response, NO ability to escalate, and now work has completely HALTED. Regardless of the APP, the experience is NOT worth it.
App is great, customer service is terrible.

I found the software fairly easy to use for inputting clients, jobs, employees.

At this point i would NOT recommend jobber. i have found several bugs in their system and I feel like I am another member of their tech support at this point, but not getting paid. The mapping system is TERRIBLE AND IT only allows you to reset the route two times a day. ummmmm WHY? is technology costly or something? It is MAPPING and we may need to do it more than twice. They are in Canada...
It barely meets my requirements for what I need.
Mapping is not good. Customer service usually is not good. Billing is not right.

The techs in the field have some problems navigating through the software. Putting a message in the client notes can be a pain.

Customer service gets back to you quicker and is more helpful than any other customer service experience I have ever had. Also, the program is very adaptable to your companies needs.
I love the help videos but I wish they went a little more in depth. The software takes some time to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it ultimately saves time in the long run.

This software gives me more time to actually work. It helps me with most of the tasks I need to do besides my work. Great customer support. Lacks a couple of features for my needs but I can get around.
Customer service. Ease of use. Lots of very useful features.
Can't put both taxes on the invoice/quote (Quebec). Would need a Main client and sub clients. Since we're working a lot with condos we would need to have lots of sub clients and bill to the main client (the condo). Would need to improve the invoice / quote layout... we're losing too much space and it gets to a second page too fast.

I have been using Getjobber.com since last October and I find it very easy to use, very user friendly..the invoices that I mostly use it for are SO professional looking and I love them! I fully admit to not using Getjobber.com to the best of the abilities that they offer, but I plan on it soon! For what I do use it for, it works well and most importantly, the customer support is fantastic.
Customer service, the invoices look so professional, I love it!
I haven't used it to the best of it's abilities and capabilities, but I find that to be my own fault, not Getjobber.com's fault.
