For the majoriuty of the time the system is great.   When things do go wrong it is difficult to reach out as we are some 6 hours ahead in the UK and we have to wait until the following day.

Adjusting weekly work schedules isn’t enough, I need to be able to enter specific unavailable times (such as appointments, time off, or partial-day blocks) for each team member and have those blackout periods automatically appear and prevent conflicts on the Jobber scheduling calendar.

There is no "change log" option to go back in time and determine which users made which changes in Jobber; the activity log is live ONLY, so we are only able to track/view the most recent 100 changes (which for our busy company is only about 2 hours worth of activity).

we have 90% of the business that does require a bit more planning and scheduling that happens outside of Jobber but the main information is still held in Jobber which makes field execution easy.
