Overall, after using a few different options, Job progress seems to check more boxes than the others for what we need it for. From the automation, to the templates, this software makes it easy to communicate with clients and keeps everything right there at your fingertips.

JP right now is a love-hate relationship. I have invested so much into it, but yet I still feel like it is falling short and some basic but important function. I'm hopeful that these items will change.

Job Progress brought ease to my daily life here at work. I can set up multiple users and make sure they all have their own accounts. They can take pictures when they are out on the road or doing estimates. 
They can take customers information when someone comes running up to their truck while out with a different customer. Before i had to work out of a minimum of 3 programs to get what i needed to get done. Job progress eliminated everything else. I can invoice, take pictures, estimate, create documents and proposals and send them straight to the customer from the same screen! As an office manager , this is a HUGE TIME SAVER! I think every office should have Job Progress!

Poor, The only reason we are still with Job progress is because of [SENSITIVE CONTENT].  Hopefully, the new contractor success manager can help us get this software up and running. 

614 Exteriors - User Experience 

We aren't using JobProgress to its full capability yet, but will be soon. Right now, it has really helped our communication with our customers be more efficient as well as keep track of our sales pipeline and estimates. We are LOVING it compared to our previous CRM.

Having the freedom to structure JP to how our systems work is the one of the best attributes. JP’s customer management portals is second to none and certainly helps to separate us from competitors.

We like the fact that you can adjust the software to fit our company. We also like that it tracks everything for all of our employees (i.e. job cost, profits in job, timelines).

It is easy to track everyone's progress on projects and if they need help on something it is so easy to go into the project and see right where it is at.

The overall experience is that Job progress is great software with even better customer support.

The thing I found most irritating was when I brought up my concerns to the sales person.

Sometimes there is a delay as well which interferes with prompt scheduling. I have a problem with copying templates as well into an email - sometimes will take 2-3 times to take.

The one thing I have ran into is the inability to delete jobs. If there is duplicate jobs created, it just causes a big mess.

The experiences of other users in context to the real problems we had with the software is not germane to my business. I brought up the issue because we had real concerns.
