Our overall experience has been positive. K2 is a good company to work with and they have been very supportive of our use of their product.
It is one of the best values for money in the BPM market. It still has a margin for improvement in customization and deployment tasks.


Inability to have more than one instance (version) of an app on one server. Performance can degrade quite quickly.
There is the occasional error when developing workflows/integrating them with Smartforms which do not show up until deployment.
Not so easy to master, it is easy to do a lot of things but is also easy to do it terribly wrong impacting the overall performance.
