The best part is it’s easy to keep track of your hours and be compliant with federal laws. I love the Report that you can use to file IFTA.

Easy to use driver friendly. Not much more that I can say.

Needs to speed up when switching duty status. That is the only thing I can think of.

Easy to use, gives monthly reports and able to keep updated information when my driver is out on load deliveries.

I know where my drivers are and the elog's are great for the employees. I also like how it tracks state miles for the IFTA reports.

I don't like how the dash cam options are set up. I don't want to lease a dash cam, I'd rather purchase the device but don't have that option, so I passed.

It is a very easy program to use. We also like the reports they make filing fuel taxes easier.

Sometimes getting the reports takes a little bit of effort.

Easy to use, even DOT officers said its easy to work with.

They sent different plug in which was hard to install and had to call to replace it. But they sent it very fast.

EVERYTHING IS OKAY BUT SOME TIMES THE CAMARS DONT WORK SO I FEEL THAT I PAY A LOT FOR STUFF THAT DONT WORK

One of the things I like most about this software is the customer service, the ease of the program, easy to find solutions in the online manual.

My least favorite part of the software is there is no way to hide the deactivated drivers on the menu so when you are looking for a specific driver you get all the active and deactivated ones and must weed through them. Also that a drivers is not able to sign his/her logs when an edit is made after 14 days from their tablet instead of going to the website and having to log in there.

Was fine at first but when it stopped working never got it working right again

No one can help me get it going and no one calls back I’ve been without slogs for about 3 weeks fixing to send it back and stop paying very very frustrated

The DVIR units keep track of the drivers logs as well as IFTA .

The DVIR unit keep losing signals in certain location. That cause lots of problems for drivers.
