I've been very satisfied with the ELD and will continue to use it. It's a little more expensive than some of the others but I feel the quality and customer service is worth it.
The product is very user friendly. The software is great and reports for IFTA filing is a breeze.
There are occasional connection issues between the phone and the ELD but customer service is great and can walk me through any problems I have.

I would recommend the product to others.
Ease of use. Simple, clear instructions. Easy to edit if necessary.
I have to dig deep to find something I don't care for, but honestly, the only issue I have had in two years, is that on two occasions it did not record my mileage. Called customer service and the problem was corrected quickly.
