Pros

I am extremely happy with Kickserv. There is a bit of a learning curve but I am very pleased.
They have excellent customer service that we have found to be responsive and personal. I would recommend Kickserve to anyone looking for a cost effective and well designed customer management system.
If you need help or have questions, tech support is always there ready to help. Actually, a rep called me after signing up to see if I needed help or had any questions and right then, I thought WOW.

Pros

The Maintenance Connection support team is wonderful. They help you get to the solution you need and they don't nickle and dime you with extra charges like some of their competitors.
It is one of our most comfortable applications to keep track of equipment inventories, fix maintenance, with an excellent graphic interface that allows the best management of the program.
I like the ease of use and how it helps keep track of our assets. We know when to update or maintain certain parts and what should be replaced.

Cons

The APP has always been very poor and its so hard to use, we've never been able to use it the past 2-3 years because of how poor it is.
Editing estimates does not work correctly. There are problems with payment capturing in Kickserv.
The company has horrible customer support took over a month to correct their error and after multiple calls no response, cannot not recommend to anyone.

Cons

After a year of frustration and complaints not only by our department but, by users putting in requests, I was given the task of researching other software vendors.
There have been a couple times this program has locked up on me and lost my data on the page I was working on at the time of freeze.
Attachments can be lost or non-accessible. Archive folder not functioning, so can not refer to any history of repair or service to preventative maintenance scheduled work orders.

Pros

I use primarily for maintenance scheduling. Works well with the techs being able to see their jobs remotely and it updates in real time. Its great for invoicing as well and syncing with QB

Cons

Nothing negative to say. Wish i knew more about all the functions. Would possible get more use out of it.

We are a plumbing company here in Nj. We have been with kick serve since they were previous named serviceside kick. Since using this product it has aided us in becoming totally paperless. no more misplaces paper or photos, All customer service info stored in one place and always available from any email device. One of the best decisions we ever made.

Pros

It is Organized , simple to use, a great business operations tool.

Cons

Requires to have some sort of internet connection for it to be used.

The customer service team is unbeatable!

The benefits of using Kickserv come down to being able to run reports on our maintenance team productivity. It allows us to see where our strengths and weaknesses are so we can become the best in our industry.

Pros

What I like the most about this software is that it is very user-friendly. The second most liked feature is the team that stands behind the product. They are always prompt and professional with a dose of personality that will make you smile! The third most like feature is being able to track out technicians.

Cons

I don't know at this time what I would list as the least favorite thing about this software.

Service Sidekick-is the Best!

I would recommend Service SideKick to any business looking for a cost effective way to manage the flow of their paperwork and to always have the information they need at their fingertips! Service Sideick is the way to go!

Pros

Service SideKick has added hours to my life per day.The fact that I can do everything Scheduling ,Calendar, Invoicing, Estimates, and Payments from my Ipad or Iphone completes my day. No more going back to the office to write the invoice or send to client. All you need is an internet connection... I can do it all at the client and GET PAID!

Cons

I would like some further customization...which I understand is coming.

For the price, support it fills a need. The team is always there for us, and been a user for 11/12 years and no real issues to complain.

Pros

costs, not overly complicated to work, basic and works for our needs been client for years and referred more then i can remember and no one ever complains. great team

Cons

the scheduling , no automation on follow ups for leads, sync issues at times w QB, lack of feature rich apps others offer- like invoicing, logic scheduling ( type in area and auto tells whos in area when) any connection with vech tracking and no way to sync with phone system

This is the first and only Customer Relationship Management solution we found that could work with QuickBooks® Online. We started building our business with web based solutions and ServerSidekick is helping us keep it that way as we grow. Without Kickserv we would have had to buy a server and get some sort of IT maintenance contract. Cloud computing is a great solution for small business. Kickserv is not stagnant, there is no waiting until the next release of the latest software version, they keep growing and developing features as we grow.

Cons

I just have two comments. 1. Connecting the Software to Bank Accounts can provide several advantages. I know doing this will cost a lot of money but it will allow the administration department have a better connection with the finance department. 2. Noticed you changed background color from red to blue. Red makes people think aggressive and self confidence. Blue makes people feel safe. I think Red might go more with what you are trying to build.
