Pros

I am extremely happy with Kickserv. There is a bit of a learning curve but I am very pleased.
They have excellent customer service that we have found to be responsive and personal. I would recommend Kickserve to anyone looking for a cost effective and well designed customer management system.
If you need help or have questions, tech support is always there ready to help. Actually, a rep called me after signing up to see if I needed help or had any questions and right then, I thought WOW.

Pros

It's been virtually seamless, and the online chat helps as well as email responses have been quick, courteous and helpful always.
Additionally, it constantly updates you on successful data input, and very quick to tell you if you made a mistake - nice one. Support is great, and the guys are very keen to help at all levels.
Customer support has been amazing, The software is very easy to use and requires minimal training for all involved. The team are always looking to improve the package and take all feedback seriously.

Cons

The APP has always been very poor and its so hard to use, we've never been able to use it the past 2-3 years because of how poor it is.
Editing estimates does not work correctly. There are problems with payment capturing in Kickserv.
The company has horrible customer support took over a month to correct their error and after multiple calls no response, cannot not recommend to anyone.

Cons

First you don't have your invoices being sent through your own email they are all from @reachoutsuite which confuses my customers and they get sent to the spam folder.
The only thing I disliked about this software package was the lack of ability to be able to add our own custom columns in various areas such as customer base and inventory.
There are so many pinholes in it. Bugs, missing features that are dealbreakers, etc.

The customer support has been great, very quick to respond and offer help.

Pros

The software is super easy to use. I like that I can use it on my laptop or ipad. This makes working on the road easier.

Cons

I would like to have the ability to customize the invoices more. In some cases the customer's name shows up twice, in places where we would rather they not. We are also having issues getting suite numbers to show up on addresses and we use two window envelopes to mail invoices, so this causes an issue.
