Pros

I just can't say enough about the great customer service. Their tech support has just been awesome, and their price point is great compared to other software I have investigated.
They have excellent customer service that we have found to be responsive and personal. I would recommend Kickserve to anyone looking for a cost effective and well designed customer management system.
We love the simplicity of it, the work flow is really easy with the unschedule, scheduled, in progress, etc tabs. It keeps the jobs organized.

Pros

It is a great tool to monitor incoming traffic (with sources), and to track their movements on the website in order to improve the user experience on the website. It is a great feedback tool.
I like how you can customize the speed of viewing and skip inactivity. Heat maps are awesome, and being able to filter down to specific actions is great.
Is Very Easy to use and easy to understand the functionalytis. We can see everything that the clients are seeing on our sites and this is very helpful to improve the layout, the products and sales.

Cons

Drop clients for no reason. Been working with kickserve for two years and still no solution to these scheduling errors.
Meaning, if signal is lost and the picture doesn't upload the picture is lost. This has led to us making a trip back to re-take a picture that didn't load or save.
Sometimes they were stuck waiting until I was available to process it for them since it is a small family company.

Cons

If you are a European customer and don't want to be charged VAT that you cannot recover the sign up flow is very misleading. Although the VAT is offered as a credit note they refused a refund.
Not enough time to really test it out fully as there are a lot of features. The heat maps were a little difficult to set up and took some time to populate the data.
The only negative - free version has limited options.
