Pros

I just can't say enough about the great customer service. Their tech support has just been awesome, and their price point is great compared to other software I have investigated.
They have excellent customer service that we have found to be responsive and personal. I would recommend Kickserve to anyone looking for a cost effective and well designed customer management system.
We love the simplicity of it, the work flow is really easy with the unschedule, scheduled, in progress, etc tabs. It keeps the jobs organized.

Pros

I love that I can check GPS. I love that I can see if someone is late to a job or if checking in early...and I love that the employee can leave a note for me to add, delete, or correct a time.
Definitely give them a chance to help with any problems you have, everyone over there is super friendly and helpful.
I was impressed with my first interaction with the company. The person that helped me get set up and integrated with our Quickbooks was super great.

Cons

Drop clients for no reason. Been working with kickserve for two years and still no solution to these scheduling errors.
Meaning, if signal is lost and the picture doesn't upload the picture is lost. This has led to us making a trip back to re-take a picture that didn't load or save.
Sometimes they were stuck waiting until I was available to process it for them since it is a small family company.

Cons

No more stuffed file folders and if an employee has an issue with time they are responsible for that. No one can accuse me of stealing from them or trying to short them for time worked.
If an error is missed and needs to be corrected after initial payroll is processed there is no way to do this between Tsheets and ADP. There appears to be no way to brake out workers comp codes.
But if you sign up for the yearly plan they utterly refuse to refund your remaining balance. I used this software for 2 years, they charged the third year as a lump sum.

QuickBooks Time

Pros

TSheets is the simplest, most user friendly, easy to navigate software or app that I have seen. It has so many features that I love. Being able to see who is at work and where is so helpful for all our employees. Ability to review your timesheet before it is processed so you see the hours you have and know what to expect on your paycheck is awesome. Customer support has been outstanding.

Cons

My only cons at this time is that it is not backwards compatible from Google Calendar or integration ready with Kickserv. The other con is that you have to clock into a job, as we have some employees that are admin and are not charged to a specific job. To work around this, we had to create an office job.
