Pros

Very practical and comfortable interface and great connection with other applications and websites.
Good support, and the system is stable and dependable. We use it 24/7 from both the studio and for streaming from the field.
The analytics are nice, although not as comprehensive as I'd like, the info is fairly limited.

Pros

It's very important you take all the training, even if you are familiar with Salesforce, so you can maximize the abilities built into the program.
After several years, I was able to be made whole for the money we committed to the implementation. We have plenty of colleagues that use the I360 platform and have had great results.
It did help us to automate our processes, but in the end, the user interface was too scattered and unorganized for our staff to use effectively.

Cons

The higher rate you tried to stream at the more cpu it has to use and would often crash. Uploading videos after for people to watch proved very difficult and you are limited to 3GB.
The one thing I hate about LiveStream is that you can get addicted and when that happens you find yourself watching church instead of going to church.
Menu/Dashboard jumbled up making it a little difficult to make selections.

Cons

When they finally said "we can't do this" I was deep in the hole. My sales rep and his manager left the company and the relationship just fell apart as no one took ownership of my problem.
It is pretty limited with it's follow up options for the sales reps once a sale has been made. The HTML emails look terrible, so I send everything in plain text.
The delays mounted and I had to pay my monthly fees while we waited on implementation.
