Pros

VERY EASY AND EFFICIENT. REALLY APPRECIATE HOW THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS WHEN INFORMING ABOUT UPDATES AND CHANGES.
THE PROGRAM IS VERY EASY TO USE AND EVERYONE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. ALL THE REPORTS IS VERY HELPFUL.
Rate management is seamless and the EREZ interface makes implementing the software into our website an effective tool to have customers on the run reserve a vehicle at their convenience.

Pros

Secondly, the quality is reliable and always at the same level, so everyone in my team gets the same kind of chances.
It helps automate mails. I also like the customization features that help me tailer a campaign completely to each vertical.
Nice overview of the actual stats including sentiment analysis of the replies. API to my favorite CRM - pipedreiveOthers as well, like salesforce etc.

Cons

Bad connections with Reynolds and Reynolds software.
We have experienced a lot of difficulties integrating the system with Reynolds and Reynolds. Bluebird folks haven't been knowledgeable about Reynolds while claiming that they integrate.

Cons

Sometimes it gives you prospects which are not connected to your field and it wasting your time to check them.
Maybe some tricky in the first use but you learn it fast when you use it.
I think the email sending aspect isn't overly intuitive, it doesn't highlight when there is an error, therefore you expect something to go and it doesn't but you don't notice for over a day.
