Pros

Sound public API, brilliant support and ability to build custom dedicated interface are the key points of the success.
Easy and fast, also the connection between the university and the LEM is very good. I really enjoy using this software.
I actually love that the customer can accept or deny my estimate sent to them by email. I also like that it turns your accepted estimates into jobs.

Cons

I use it for work applications but find it can be complex to use at times. Sometimes it's difficult to update applications, not sure if it's server issues or software problems.
The inability to see certain fields that were available on V3 and inability to change status to anything without having to change twice.
Deceptive costs... and i wasted 20 hours entering data.
