I feel that the programme is fragile.  It slows down to a crawl sometimes, which is very frustrating when there are people waiting on the line. I find the navigation down the form could be improved, as the scroll bar doesn't work very well.

The Description gets lost a lot. I make sure I copy the description every time, because if I don't, that'll be the time that it gets lost.

Quality Manager

We are still at the implementation stage of using Loc8 but I can see the benefit this software will have for our company. Loc8 is  a great tool for equipment tracking and asset management.

Sound public API, brilliant support and ability to build custom dedicated interface are the key points of  the success.

We were looking for a way to help our field technician stay organized and let us know which calls were outstanding without having to go through all his paperwork.

There are frequent drop outs and it can be annoying having to individually add locations when you can't select multiple items at one time.

Also to pedantic and complicated. It takes a long time to find information and it's extremely difficult and confusing the way data is populated.

Deceptive costs...  and i wasted 20 hours entering data.

We got some support, tried to configure for a pilot run but instead pivoted. To be brutal, support provided was a veiled attempt to hook a sale.

So far, there is nothing that we can say negative about the software. We use it for simply managing our technician's schedule.

I think that is something to do with retrieving data from database. Quiet often I login and logout but the initial hurdle to get pass always annoys me.
