A dream and assists our facility to be more effective and efficient whilst monitoring tasks from the team and resolving reoccurring issues.

Pros

Immediate alerts to advise of all stakeholders of machine downtime but also allows a history to be built which can be useful for root cause analysis but also training of engineers when unfamiliar of issues and solutions.

I like the simple layout of the app on iOS And the intuitive design and allows you to learn the functions as you go I also appreciate the way things are laid out on the screen displaying information you need to see easily

Short learning curve for end users The contact folks are always very receptive, and gracious taking the time necessary to help us with issues.

it also has a built in parts inventory system and a reporting feature that you can see charts and graphs.

interface is user friendly support and service is always there sends emails when parts reach below a minimum quantity ability to export reporting documents

Cons

i have no cons for the software anything i have not liked or thought they could of improved on they listened and took action and sent it to their engineers for review. some of the ideas they took action and corrected so its nice to see a company actually do something with the feedback they received.

As far as everyone not being able to view all tickets, that is a setting that your Manager has put in place on the permissions side to restrict the visibility of sensitive information to certain folks on your team. We like the ease and mobility of the app.

Cons

I would like to see the way you sign up change. Mandating that users MUST use their cell phone numbers is an conflict with co-workers, and when you try to register, most people create new organizations, instead of joining their organization.

MaintainX has pretty well streamlined all the aspects of our fleet repair and maintenance programs. When I took this position in Feb. 2019 there was no fleet maintenance or repair programs, procedures or protocol. We were only responding and putting out "fires". With help from MaintainX I was able to put together successful work flows and implement a fleet program we are now entering month 6 and still loving it.

Pros

The neatness of the work order PDF exports is very professional.

I feel that there could be some improvement with reporting and sharing.

I am able to create job cards (work orders), upload images of my illustrations, track costings, track my time spent, prioritise, keep procedure lists for individual orders, run reports for orders made per month and completed orders per month.

We like to use it to distribute tasks to each other, and have allow access to management to keep track on work flow.

Cons

For what we use this platform for, there are currently no negatives, not for me anyway. I think my colleague mentioned that it doesn't work whilst offline. We work in rural areas, and have to wait until we get into cellular coverage to update. Could this information be entered and back logged in future?
