Pros

We have had a great experience so far with Maintenance Care and have received very good feedback from our team members on site.
This system is great, i like that it is user friendly and keeps track of systems and expenses in each area. Easy to track and great customer service.
Being able to provide documents and pictures with the maintenance requests has proven to be very successful and helpful for out team.

Pros

I self-implemented so the ability to quickly extend the package with flows was great.
It keeps me organized and on task. Plus I love how it keeps all my co-workers and I stay on the same page, with each case.
I love that there is virtually, even if our few field techs don't have internet.

Cons

Work orders that were being written down were getting lost in the shuffle and problems were getting overlooked.
The usability of the app (there is no way to search)Also, no way for 3rd parties to search the request look-up page list.
Maintaining over 850,000 square feet with a staff of 40 had proven to be difficult without a CMMS system.

Cons

The user experience from the field engineer side using the IPhone app our team has heard a lot of complaints on how the notification is not loud enough and where notifications are not seen.
There are a lot of forms to fill out to get the software running correctly. 6 months in and we still are battling some bugs.
I strongly dislike that FSL's "Out of the Box" and extremely generic.
