Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

I do not like that when your system has an update, that the previous version does not work correctly. The laws did not change, so I am not sure why the system does not work.

Also I loved the user interface an the ease of access. FreshBooks contain superb features such as it can easily track all of our incomes and expenses. Hence it is the best business software for finance, sales and marketing. Freshbooks should be facing fraud charges and or a Class Action lawsuit. I expect either very shortly in the future.

BThe accounts payable section is well put together and easy to use. I am very pleased with Cosmolex and have recommended it to other solo and small practitioners. Including LawPay in the package is a huge added bonus. Usually my questions are not urgent, but if we ever needed something immediately, my worry is that it might not happen in time.
