Pros

This is a program that is mostly easy to use. There are a few things that are not that obvious, but the Customer Service is great at helping out.
Pricing when we purchased was great, and from what I hear from other transit agencies (my business) now about this type of software, this is a good deal.
So far the product has been pretty good for us. If I had one recommendation off the top of my head, can you please add a "create work order " from the individual asset screen.

Cons

Easy change for M+ people but difficult for users due to the new system and lack of experience, I believe this part of the service is weak and must be reviewed and updated.
Very easy to make errors, very difficult to correct errors.
One question I have is, can we put driver information in M+ and have a warning show a due date for drivers lic, health certificate, drug testing and so on.
