Wouldn't Reccoment

I honestly can't think of any benefits from this program.

Pros

It was fairly easy to learn once we were actually able to not have to use the Classic version and the newer version together

Cons

The workorders and invoices are difficult for customers to read. I can't get the odometer reading on the invoice or the "concerns" for the repairs, so i have to print out both the workorder AND the invoice together in order to utilize both sets of info together. I think this is ridiculous. I don't like the way the view within a workorder. To me, each "concern" should be in its own spot with all...

look for another program!

It's been pretty terrible, we've been over promised and under delivered. We have a long list of things they were supposed to do during our implementation of the software, We even got a "special assistant" to help complete our list, things are still left unanswered and completed. we just quit trying to deal with them and use the system the way they set it up.  

Pros

Nothing; nothing at all!!

Cons

all the constant bugs and no help from customer support. They will contact you with no solution, they tell you they will talk with an engineer and you'll never hear from them again.
