Help is always there when I need it. The product has helped the company most by tracking spending on the fleet.
It would be nice to see improvements I the automated tracking of the vehicles. Input of records is time consuming especially when the fleet consists of such variation.

I spent two months researching and trying out different software packages from 20 different vendors. ManagerPlus was the only one that met all my needs but was also easy to use and navigate. I am the maintenance administrator for steel erection and maintenance company that specializes in Frac Sand Plants. I vetted a number of different CMMS companies when I first took this position to decide which software was the most advantageous and economical. We purchase our software in March and have executed over 6000 work orders and inspections. There was a bit of a learning curve for my guys in the field but I have everyone trained and executing work orders and inspections with ease now. One of the features that helped us out was the ability to execute work orders and inspections with the mobile ap without any data connectivity, which was a big plus when operating in plants that are out in the middle of nowhere.

It is one of the easiest programs to follow. It does exactly what we need. All the support staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Inventory Shortage Report was set up in a different M+ format than what we had and it is missing fields and it is not easy to follow.

Inventory and Purchase orders are time consuming. Cannot enter inventory items without creating a purchase order

I am at a loss for words. With the lack of response, I am wondering if this going under. Very concerning.
The sole purpose that Manager Plus was selected was due to its supposed ability to integrate with Sage 300.
Since purchasing the software, no one from the Sage Integration Team responds to anything. We are paying for a product that doesn't do as claimed.

Just not built for manufacturing. Never got any support to make it work. Help was on west coast, we are on east coast.
Nothing, it never worked. Never got any help.
Not built or setup for manufacturing. No service or customer support after 5 PST, we are in CST. Never got help. Reports dont work. Needed downtime dashboard, yo never got one.

Able to perform our preventative maint easier with this software by automaticaly producing work orders to each associate
the spare parts inventory selection was great. We were able to keep better track of our inventory.
Setting the system up from the start was very difficult. It was very time consuming to enter all of the machines

I investigated many different software products before I decided on Manager Plus. The software is very user friendly, easy to set up, and the support is fantastic! It is an excellent product to track all assets and create maintenance schedules. The mobile apps for tablets are very easy to use with each of the facilities technicians. Tracking our fleet of vehicles is also very easy. Calling into the software support group was very impressive. They know the product and can walk you though any questions. I really like the ability to add pictures, manuals, notes, schedules, and costs to work orders. I highly recommend this product for your facility!
No complaints at all. My only complaint is I didn't find this product years ago for all the building and projects I have managed.

You can make the product work for any different situation or equipment; it has for us. The training we received in July 2014 was very, very helpful.
We have been using this product or an earlier version of it for a long time and have made it work. Since having some training last month, we understand there are a lot of better ways to create and work within the system that we are changing now. Also, I have sent information or questions into the company, but I don't seem to get an answer all the time. You should have a tech assigned to your property, and they could call every so often and see if there are any issues with your system.

Learned Managers Plus quickly. It was an easy system to follow and learn with no real difficulties. I was trained easily and have trained others in Managers Plus. It seems that everyone is easy to navigate this system although it can be slow at times when trying to save a work order or print the work order.
Easy to navigate and fill in information.
Sometimes it glitches and takes awhile to get to another page or save the work order i am working on.

It seemed like a start up piece of software that needed to have all the glitches worked out for it to work properly.
A good system if you have a small business with basic needs
It is very confusing trying to keep up with all the PM's because the reset date was always set off the completion date. Yes It could be changed with a set date but that change would adversely affect some other part of the system

Dealing with those who represent ManagerPlus has been difficult at times. The lack of response and a sense of urgency are lacking.
The software is wonderful. It is easy to use and figure out. Very fast and responsive.
The customer support is terrible. They are slow and do not communicate well.

The application is set in an easy and intuitive way for the user. 1 hour of exposure got our maintenance person up and running to use the program with a breeze. Even though the software is targeting shops and maintenance tasks, we are using it for factory and facility equipment maintenance purposes. Serves this purpose just fine as it is a repetitive task. One thing to keep in mind as end user any software application is really about reporting abilities. You can extract many reports from this software. Once again however, what you put in is what you get out. As long as you remember to enter a few entries if not everyday every other day it could simplify and organize your tasks in a better manageable way.

Manager Plus has customer service down pat. Their team is easy to work with, responsive and can speak our language not just "IT lingo". The software as a whole is great and it is light years ahead of where we were before investing in Manager Plus. There are a few quirks to the system that if fixed would make it much easier for users. An example is, when you scroll to the bottom of a data file, you have to scroll back to the top to use the "next" button in order to progress to the next page of data. The "next" button should be at the bottom to make things more efficient. All in all, we are very happy and would recommend the software to anyone looking for a maintenance software solution.

Pro's; like the ease of use and the flexibility of the software. Like the overall screen that shows what all the work orders and who's working on them. Con's: Take a long time for the tech's in the field to get the e-mails to tell them they have a new work order. Also the tech's have to manually sync to get work orders quicker, yes we have them on auto sync but takes too long. Would be nice if you could create a work order from the asset screen.

there are a lot of pros thankfully not a lot of cons. the soft ware was easy to get everything up and running, i called support a few times to get some templates changed, everything runs smoothly customer support is always at the ready to help. really the only cons have been not being able to change the templates more, however if i move up to the next level that wont be a problem the system is very user friendly it is helpful to have several ways of looking up assets or inventory or anything for that matter. i am just very happy i went with managers plus for the university's needs and they call here and there to make sure all is well i like that you really cant go wrong here.

Being able to keep track of our work orders and schedules and our inventory
sometimes not too easy to figure out how to accomplish something within the system. That may be due to lack of knowledge on my part.
