I have found it very useful for keeping track of equipment repair costs and history. I have filter inventory list but do not use it to track stock. Its mainly used to speed repair order entry. This program has many more features that I do not use. But the areas I do use work well. It serves my purposes .

We initially launched this program for its maintenance scheduling capabilities, with this we also implemented the Purchasing Orders. We have been pleased with what the software has been able to provide us. We now have a digital trace on all of our Mechanical Breakdown and Schedules are completed on a timely manner.

This software is a user friendly program that anyone can navigate through. The customer service is outstanding. Very glad I decided to go with this software. No complaints thus this far.

I haven't had to call customer service so I can't rate it. It's very easy to deal with, self explanatory and easily manageable. We just don't like all the phone calls as we are very busy.

We've had a good overall experience with this version of Manager Plus Pro software. It's filled an information and records keeping gap that we have had for years before finding this product. Very pleased, and look forward to a continuing partnership with Manager Plus.

Your tech. team is so very very helpful (almost everyone except one time over the past 8 years). I was frustrated in the past because of changing a Work Order after processed, but your tech. people walked me through how to add to the work order and re-process. it was GREAT!!!!

A little difficult at first to understand, but training was very helpful. Support was there for walking us through problems. It has taken us a while to fully implement the entire amount of equipment and tooling. Definitely not using it to it's full extent!

Used Manager Plus as CMMS system is does the job just fine. Customization does not always translate over to there mobile application used on android or ios. Overall it gets the job done but the user interface on smart devices lacks.

With our plant having so many different aspects to keep track of from our truck line to basic building maintenance this software has helped me keep track of what we are getting done and what is coming up which helps me plan the week for both shifts.

Implementation was straight forward even with 1000 assets Big improvement on performance compared to previous software Support team is very good Training was very through and really knows the product Version Upgrades can be a pain

If I have a problem with something they are very quick to respond to it and help me out in a short time. Usually immediately. There are times where I find it hard to to take things out of the system once they are in it.

The program is easy to use. It keeps a good maintenance record for our plant. The only thing I would change is to make the reports easier to customize to your companies specific needs. Overall a good experience so far.

The software works very well. Able to do everything I need it to. We have a very diverse fleet of equipment, tools, trucks, and infrasructure. I am able to track maintance, schedules, and history of everything.

I mostly use M+ for PM/repair work orders. The work order system is easy to use and is a good way to track down time, cost, and hours. The search and print functions are very clunky, and not very intuitive.

Just a minor change with the details view, and when you click "complete" it should automatically take you back to the "list" view instead of all the clicking that you gotta do when going back and forth.

ManagerPlus has made developing our company's PM program and work order system easy and effective. Customizing the program is simple, allowing for the software to be suited to each application as needed.

We changed from a old product that was cumbersome. We were able to change over, implement the new product and have our numbers for reporting in less than a month. The support team has been very supportive.

Have not used enough for a fair comment. One question I have is, can we put driver information in M+ and have a warning show a due date for drivers lic, health certificate, drug testing and so on?

I am still getting familiar with this CMMS system. As feedback gathered from my team, they feel it is easy to use. It will be good if M+ could have a mobile version for microsoft platform.

THE OLD SOFTWARE I USED WAS MAINTAIN IT PRO. THE UP GRADE WAS SO EXPENSIVE THAT I HAD TO FIND A NEW SOFTWARE. MANAGER PLUS WAS THE BEST OF ALL THE ONE'S THAT I TESTED.
