Preventive maintenance, ordering and ease to use

This software needs to work offline and be updated when you got aceess to the internet. I believe this is a critical point particularly in the shipping industry or distribution on trcuk maintenance

The fact that we cannot use this software online or in a mobile or smartphone.

With the Computerized Maintenance Management System MANWINWIN, information is now centralized and accessible to stakeholders and we no longer have problems with the information that was on that paper that nobody knows where it was left.

Easy to use as a beginner Good for advanced user

Program has a considerable number of useful features for maintenance management There is provision for addition of other custom features and parameters for maintenance operations

Limitation on the number of assets that can be recorded for maintenance management, may likely not be a challenge on the unlimited version of the program

It organized my preventive maintenance, saved a lot of time

Everything was organised, easy to use the program tools.Flexibility to alternate the data, provides great efficiency to find data and modify it.Is great for beginners and professionals to ease their daily hassle of writing in papers.

Make a lightweight versions of this program that are designed for different fields.Example: ( Pharmasutical , Bioengineering , Agriculture , .... ).

What we like most about this software is the ease of implementation and use.

What we like least about this software is the price. Is too expensive.

The ability of having all the maintenance colleagues using it at the same time You can input data in different locations, and you only have to do it once Easy to use

It improves so much our maintenance processes that we don’t have anything now to say to improve it

The integrated features from inventory management to purchasing to goods movement tracking and I most like is the customizable dashboard as well as the graphical previewing of maintenance scheduling .

I had to invest alot of time to learn the software and also it is hard form me to manage the data base with more than one client. I took a locally course by some representative of ManWinWin but I barely scartched the surface but I knew it had a great potential

Excellent support during the implementation phase and a team with a lot of experience and focused on customer needs. Very friendly use. Flexible, starting the use with just a simple work management tool it can be developled as experience and levels of maturity grow in users utilization.

The software is easy to set up and learn to use. This means a very short learning period and quick implementation period.

Closed work orders disappear and can't be accessed for reference again.

- Costumer support available; - Friendly-user interface for all users; - With online interface it can be use in tablets, cell phones and laptops; - Good information structure presentation; - Very intuitive and easy software; - Nice and clean organization; - Filters set is a plus; - Different colours on the OT's to ensure everything gets done on time. - Generate reports for maintenance KPI´s.

- Reports layout can only be customized by Navaltik assistance; - When an observation is recorded in “Observation’s Tab” , an alert message is not sent to inform the other users. - It is not possible to restrict the access of restricted users, to certain areas of the structure.

It's user friendly and never let us down, the Costumer support is always available, It has strong analysis capabilities

VJS group located in Hai Phong city - Vietnam is a new company in steel industry. At the beginning, I asked my IT and technical team to develop a new module of ERP to manage the maintenance activities of the factories. Even though it takes time to create a database when you switch to a new software, I know it will be worth in the future

I really like being able to put photos to the registered equipment, to make an easy search about the intervened equipment and to be able to attach several documents to the equipment.

Access be made with limited passwords, a system that has several users in several families access should be unlimited. Training should be included in the annual amount.

Ease of Use Pricing (Free version available too) Excellent UI One of the most amazing, self-explanatory and easy CMMS to use. The amazing part is the ease with which you can create, execute ' maintain WOs. It has graphical reports as well as all the needs for a complete CMMS which can help you maintain and streamline your needs.
