Pros

The system is great to set top and the stock control is really impressive.
The accuracy of this data has been a huge time-saver for the restaurant group, and we have a better idea of how profitable we are day-to day.
Marketman is a great business partner and provides the best customer service.

Pros

They were patient & understanding of the technical challenges of our inventory system and provided creative solutions to help resolve those challenges.
It's easily customizable and very user-friendly. Their are many great features for all company types and the support team is wonderful.
The ability to practically implement the software from ground zero with a bit of modification on the side of FlowTrac. The build and implementation of the software was flawless.

Cons

The very poor smartphone app - forces us to use laptops for stock counting etc. The poor response time to errors in the system - developers have taken months and to date issues are still not resolved.
Before MM my inventory was really bad and once I discover this app everything felt into pieces.
No way to manage internal transfer : transferring (in a simple way) a bottle of wine from our bar to our kitchen is impossible.

Cons

We made a lot of custom function and naturally we have to go back and rework some of the bugs. Most issues that we face are addressed quickly and our problems don't grow back.
The process of integrating what we already had in place was difficult, however once we figured out what needed to be done, the process move smoothly.
IT Scriptnet, the platform on which this program is built, is not a very well documented scripting language.
