Pros

The service offered by MasterControl has been excellent and system setup was easy thanks to a very good support. Customer Service team, as they responds quickly and offer good solutions.
It is a great, user friendly and easy to use software. Having different modules really helps in using a single platform for all the GMP requirements.
This product is good for storage and organization of important files that can be viewed by employees who enter their usernames and passwords.

Cons

When the system gets upgraded, it always brings out a ton of unexpected issues. We know that we will have to dedicate a couple of days just to watching for problems.
Requires very skilled and trained employees to execute the daily business processes. Lack of design / GUI customization.
Finding information on how to configure the module was a bit difficult.
