Pros

It has really helped us solve many issues with quality control and compliance. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to move to the top tier of quality for their product.
The service offered by MasterControl has been excellent and system setup was easy thanks to a very good support. Customer Service team, as they responds quickly and offer good solutions.
Amazing customer success management department, most responsive Tech support I’ve ever interfaced with.

Pros

As a foreign company moving into the US market I'm glad we chose OnPay. They have been great at making everything smooth from helping us get set up with payroll to benefits for our employees.
User-friendly, excellent customer support, super easy on a small budget and I am 100% comfortable in leaving everything in their capable hands. Simply click a button on payday and it's done.
Alway friendly staff that is eager to help answer any questions and get us to a resolution. Software is simple and packed with features.

Cons

Because of this struggle I have been creating reports in Power BI.
When the system gets upgraded, it always brings out a ton of unexpected issues. We know that we will have to dedicate a couple of days just to watching for problems.
A complete training compliance report is missing. We need to look 2 - 3 canned reports to get consolidated report.

Cons

Sometimes new employees miss the part about setting up direct payment into their accounts. It must not be obvious, because about 1 out of 3 will miss it.
Also, there was a problem with payroll being processed twice within two minutes from each other. There should have been a pop up stating you already processed a payroll.
I hate paperwork and don't have a big enough operation to justify hiring a book keeper.

Top quality service at minimal cost.

Pros

I needed help setting up to use the software and the OnPay team made that a smooth process even for someone as ignorant about payroll processing as myself! I am very pleased with the service of the support team as well as the ease of use while entering payroll every week. I considered using another service before choosing OnPay and am glad I chose OnPay for both affordability and service excellence. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The big problem solved over the previous provider experience is the quality of customer service. Instead of being handed from 'specialist' to 'specialist', and putting up with constant confusion, mis communication and errors, OnPay are just on it. When you talk or communicate with OnPay you communicate with a real person who knows their business, what your business needs, their software, and who won't stop working with you personally until you are completely happy.

Pros

Visually intuitive platform that takes what is a central admin process from functional to pleasurable. OnPay offers simple, clear, visually attractive navigation for both the admins and the employees. Multiple reports options with the same visual simplicity and clarity, all easily sharable and usable. By comparison to the alternative payroll software we used prior, OnPay feels like its been designed by users, and not by accounting mechanics.

Cons

The OnPay software just works, if there are problems, or least likes, can't think of anything significant.
