Pros

Projetech is a fantastic company. Everyone is so very helpful; they are very organized, and they follow up quickly to see that your issue is resolved in a timely manner.
User Friendly, Highly Configurable, Maximo Mobile, Feature rich in terms of Enterprise Asset Management, Integration Capabilities.
It looks good it is web based the icons are bright the drop down menus help. The customer services is great as long as you pay the fees.

Pros

The best feature about fiix for me is the organisation of assets and their logical accessibility. Ease of use was another plus as it did not take long for me to pick up the software.
Fiix is an amazing Software, very easy to use, a lot of useful features and data import/export capability which allows you to perform different analysis. Customer service is excellent.
I love how the search feature and filters are customizable and allows to easy find anything whether by assett number or user. The design is also nice, very clean and easy on the eyes.

Cons

Unable to view jobs planned in preferred order however I believe that this is a company limitation rather than the application itself.
I think the licensing scheme is confusing and hard to understand.
The user interface is confusing when attempting to learn how the program functions; modules have similar features, but not all of them are intuitive.

Cons

Initially difficult to set up and adding features is also time consuming. The reports are missing stages of completion, completed works with dates.
In a year where every business has to adapt and make compromise in regards to what they offer and how it is paid for , Fiix have been extremely unhelpful - and actually quite rude.
The lack of intuitiveness in locating the correct screen on which to log data.

This tool is essential when it comes to our core business support and we are using it in different areas. Helpdesk tool helps us connect to our internal customers. Equipment and buildings data are kept as an information for maintenance personnel and contracted services in order to better plan and execute work orders. Reminders are set for periodical maintenance and inspection actions that help plan and development of good preventive and prediction maintenance plan. In addition, we use the application for cost tracking and also budgeting expenses.

Pros

Ease of use. Mobile application (iOS/Android). Uptime. Development.

Cons

Helpdesk features need improvement. Change packages in order to increase pricing.

Pros

Establishes rigor in our CMMS system. The untethered application is useful for our industry.

Cons

Inventory was difficult to import. Building the structure or format around our system is something we are struggling with, but it's not the software's fault. It's our own doing.

it is still and will be the only comfortable software or application to maintain assets in our tiny company

Pros

Mobile application and asset tracking are the most valuable feature in Fiix, this help me track and tag any IT assets on our company. basically, tracking asset is so easy only by scanning the barcode or QRcode

Cons

the asset recording is pretty hard to do, I am only a free trial user so maybe that is the reason i have such struggle. importing/exporting assets list from csv or any other data based file will be great. also sometimes the barcode or QRcode did not worked properly when scanned by Fiix mobile app

Overall, Fiix has been a good addition to our maintenance function in our company.

Pros

There are tons of features and user customization that can be completed with Fiix. We like the price for what we get out of this product. Fiix has helped our company track and understand the needs of our maintenance department.

Cons

We do not like the mobile app that goes along with the Fiix suite. The app is not user friendly and very difficult to understand and use. We have had to stop using the app due to this.

Pros

- Quick to get onboarded - Excellent professional services team, but also user-friendly UI allowing self-onboarding - Quick support, dedicated account manager - Big on seeking customer feedback, and implementing feedback in product roadmap

Cons

- Mainly small UI nuances or consistency in options for similar screens. This may be sorting or selection options - Cost is on the higher end of the mid-tier. If you do not use all of the features the value is questionable.

We had little to know tracking of parts in stock, parts use, downtime or PMs. Now it's all in one easy to use application.

Pros

Asset tracking, work order creation and tracking, and mean time to failure are simple and intuitive. If you can understand a drill down menu you can understand FIXX in minutes. This doesn't mean that it lacks any options; It's a complete package.

Cons

The mobile app has been inconsistent but improving.

Regular preventive maintenance is what has given us 100% up time over the past 12 months. Fiix (formerly Maintenance Assistant) is key to ensuring all preventive maintenance tasks are performed regularly.

Pros

Great value for the money. Cloud based so there are no hardware expenses. iPhone and Android applications make clearing work orders easy. Very reliable - it's never not worked. We use the product to create preventive maintenance work orders to ensure the reliability of the city public safety radio system. The facilities include AC units, UPSs, and various types of RF equipment that need to be regularly inspected or tested. It's the perfect product for this purpose.

Cons

It can be a bit complicated - some of which is simply due to it being browser/cloud based rather than a stand-alone application.

Pros

Easy to use. I wish we could enter all our service providers and issues P.O. numbers for service calls. We manage over 1000 residential suites. The suites are the assets for us. If we need repairs done in the suite by a contractor, I wish we could issue a P.O. for that service.

Cons

we can't generate a P.O. # for a service- just for parts. If we need lets say an electrician to come out and replace a breaker, we can't give him a P.O. with the system for his service. If we order a part from a vendor we can issue a P.O. with the system.

There are so many options that it is almost overwhelming, it would be nice to have a get started setup guide as soon as you open the application for the first time.

Fiix has provided many benefits not only to our Facilities team, but to the entire casino staff. The staff can now easily enter a work order from wherever they are located using their phone. The facilities team can also keep track of their daily work and justify hours worked.

Pros

Extremely user friendly. Anyone, no matter the skillset, can use the mobile application to successfully submit an order. There are only a few field to fill in but enough information requested so the team handling understands the needs.

Cons

Some of the back end screens took awhile to get used too, specifically the inventory pages as well as adding assets. This is likely due to user attention.

Thrilled with Fiix. It has transformed our timeliness and tracking of work requests for the production floor. Our up time has improved and the reports and graphs that can be generated really detail out the application of Fiix for our plant. Great Product!!

Pros

Fiix software has a been a game changer for our manufacturing location. Its ease of use and implementation allowed us to get up to speed quickly and get our production team on board within just a few short weeks. The QR code scan to enter work orders makes it so easy for anyone to submit requests for all kinds of reasons from safety to breakdowns.

Cons

Would like to be able to include more than one picture with the work request after using the QR code to generate the work request. Also, would like to see a fast way to generate an asset list from the asset inventory.

Unlike other applications with fixed or not very flexible formats, FIIX allows several possibilities for editing parameters, which in my opinion makes the application very flexible and adaptable for different sectors and sizes of industries, from the simplest to the most complex.

Pros

Several parameters are editable and can be customized according to the specific need.The possibility of communicating with external systems and the entire help library available online.

Cons

The analytics is slow when applying filters.Impossibility of sharing information between different administrators, even if they belong to the same company.

Inventory and Asset Management with Ease

I have worked with the FIIX software here at Tris USA for 5 years. Before I started FIIX was not utilized to its full potential. I have worked to utilize as many features as possible and we have found that we are more organized than ever. Downtime is lessened and productivity is increased because we know what we need and where it is. I am impressed with the user friendliness of the software and the ability of it to cover a range of needs.

Pros

I utilize the inventory aspects as well as the asset and purchasing aspects. FIIX allows us to easily keep up with our machinery and parts for those machines to keep things running smoothly. Purchasing and record keeping is a breeze and reports help us keep track of our budget easily.

Cons

All the features that we need are there, the only cons I find might be in search functions or labeling and photographing parts. Also we would be excited to see the mobile application beefed up to show more information.

I am beginning the implementation and so far I would rate Fiix good but not great. Website and articles are excellent. I want it to be the correct fit. I would also like to recommend it. I am not there yet.

Pros

The asset list setup is very good. Most of the functions so far are intuitive and the subject video tutorials are good.

Cons

11 reasons to invest in a cmms, advanced cmms metrics, OEE on the website are all promoted and used to sell the application. I don't understand how OEE is a benchmark reference and not set up as a widget metric. The explanation from customer support that OEE is different for every organization is simply not true. No widget is perfect for every customer but to not have anything based on lean principles when there is so much in place in the application is a deficiency. I expected more.

Underutilized in Our facility

For the most part I like it, and can see the benefits for our application, but it's not being used as fully as it could be which frustrates technicians on the floor. Not a fault of the software at all. It is like having the best tools at your disposal and using rudimentary techniques to apply them.

Pros

As an Electrician and daily user I like the ability to scan a barcode and pull up data on a machine or submit a work request. Also the service histroty provided it's filled out accurately. Training was poor at best but that's internal to us. I understand that this is a far more robust program with many features we do not use within our facilities which is frustrating at times.

Cons

Currently online PM reports with radio buttons. This feature seems slow, and when working on the floor with dirty hands electronics tend not to cooperate. This is less a FIIX issue and more of an internal issue.

I was able to organize all the manufacturing plant equipment and daily work and PM’s quickly and efficiently. The work done on the plant went from being a chaotic problem to a very organized and planned program that has resulted in record production outputs by the plant. I like just about everything about Fiix. The application is straightforward to use, and although I have an IT background, I can see how easy it would be easy for anyone to use it. After we purchased the software, it took me hours not days to quickly set it up, and I was up and running. Yes, CMMS takes time to set up, and it requires much forethought and planning, but Fiix is ready to use the day you...

Not much. I cannot think of anything I dislike about Fiix.
