Pros

It has been pretty good, we are pleased, and out staff appreciate the communication it provides.
The development team adopts an agile approach to programming and consistently meets their goals. Support is excellent and responsive to your needs.
MaxPanda offers a good feature set for the price tag. The collected data is comprehensive and easy to export.

Pros

Ease of use (Very user friendly) for every reporter, technicians and administrator. Data presentation in most of the fields.
Very easy to setup and start using, great for managing site maintenance, techincal assistance and to organize field service. That technician app is very simple anda intuitive to use.
Quality, efficiency and environmental protection.

Cons

Unfortunately we were unable to enter those in to be read by the system and we had to print our own QR tags out of the system which meant they weren’t as hard wearing.
Some features missing on phone app, no project management function.
However, with the products continiuos development, we're finding more and more ways to get other (not typically cmms-related) business problems under control. Hats off to the development team.

Cons

The lack of possability of automaticly associate equipements to the corrective anomalies. Gives preference to localization instead of equipments.
Every thing that we found that doesn't work as we wanted to work they manage to sort the problem.
